THURGOLAND LOCAL HISTORY GROUP

THURGOLAND HISTORY GROUP will launch their book and DVD entitled ‘Thurgoland In Times Past’ in the Spring.  It is hoped that copies will be available locally from June onwards.
The group requests the loan of photographs of past galas and associated events in the Recreation Ground and Village Hall.  Of special interest would be photographs of Gala queens and attendants, and of the parades.
