NOTE FOR PARENTS
A lot of areas are experiencing delayed/late presentation of children to hospital due to fears surrounding Covid-19. We do understand your fears in our current situation & how it can be difficult to determine how unwell your child is. But please it is extremely important to seek medical advice and not leave this too late. Please see advice available on WWW.NHS.UK

Emergency support:

Barnsley Council has also launched an emergency contact centre to help vulnerable people who need emergency support after being impacted by disruptions due to coronavirus. Find out more at https://bit.ly/2WJoBy7The contact centre is not for general enquiries, it is to provide emergency help to those who need it. 
If you know of anyone requiring emergency support, they can request support by completing this form or by contacting the emergency contact centre on (01226) 774444.


General Advice:

If you are a vulnerable person then you should register on the extremely vulnerable list. This will enable to get access to priority delivery slots with the supermarkets, food parcels etc.
