Tai Chi at Thurgoland Village Hall

The group meets in the Village Hall on Wednesday morning at 10.00 (arrive 9.50) and the session ends at 11.15.  If you are reading this (or interested) please get in touch - we have several beginners in the group so now would be a good time to join us.

This is a smooth gentle physical activity, performed standing (or seated if necessary) which increases the flexibility of our muscles and joints, improves our posture, balance and breathing, and can make our internal organs perform more effectively, too. Members of the group report real health gains as a result of this exercise - and it's fun!
